How far in advance should I book?
For major events, we recommend booking at least three weeks in advance to allow time for consultation and trial sessions. However, we do accommodate last-minute requests when our schedule permits.
Do you travel to event locations?
Yes, our team can travel to hotels, venues, or private residences within the Greater Toronto Area at no additional charge. Travel outside this region may incur a travel fee.
What if I need to reschedule?
We understand that plans can change. Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before your appointment can be accommodated without penalty, subject to availability.
Can I combine multiple services?
Absolutely. Many clients choose to combine services such as hair styling, makeup, and wardrobe consultation. We offer package pricing for combined services.
